AboutText" => "<p>ウェブは、よりオーディオビジュアルな方向へと、日々発展しています。そうした状況の中で、AVストリーミングおよびそれとシンクロしたメタデータを含むようなコンテンツは、どのように表現されるべきなのでしょうか？ サーチエンジンの検索結果を、動画や音声プログラムの全体ではなく、ある特定のセグメントとマッチさせるには、どうしたら良いのでしょうか？ 時間性を持った情報への「お気に入り」は、ソーシャル・ネットワーク上でどうやって共有すれば良いのでしょうか？ 次世代のウェブ標準（HTML5やW3Cのmedia fragments）は、部分的には、こうした要求に応えてくれるでしょう。しかしそれらは、ストリーミング上のAVコンテンツに対してインデキシングやアノテーションをおこなうために必要な機能を、全て満たしてくれものではありません。
現在のところ、AVへのインデキシングやアノテーションは、以下の3つのアプローチに大別できます：

<li>手動、人力でのアノテーション付与（作成にコストがかかるのが短所です）</li>
<li>『speech to text』のような、自動化によるアノテーション付与（生成結果は多くのノイズを含み、そのフィルタリングが大変なのが短所です）</li>
<li>ソーシャル・ベースのアノテーション付与</li>

『ポレミック・ツイート』において、私たちは3番目の方法論に賭けたいと思います。つまり『ポレミック・ツイート』とは、何らかのライブイベントに際し、参加者がリアクションとして、生あるいは録画のトークやメディア・コンテンツの特定の箇所と結びつけられたツイートをおこなうためのシステムです。論争のスレッドはイベントの録画とシンクロした形で、視覚的に表現されます。
『ポレミック・ツイート』には <a href='client.php'>専用ページ</a> から参加できますが、その他のあらゆるTwitterクライアントからも参加できます。専用ページでは、イベントを特定するためのハッシュタグが投稿フォームにあらかじめ挿入されていて、ツイートの種類を指定するための4つのカラーボタンも使用できます：
