    16     <br><br>Les Entretiens du nouveau industriel de cette année 2019 sont exceptionnels à plusieurs titres.

    18     <br><br>D’une part, ils préparent la commémoration du centenaire de la Société des Nations, fondée en 1920 à Genève.

    20     <br><br>D’autre part, ils tentent de répondre positivement aux discours que le Secrétaire Général des Nations

    21     Unies, Monsieur Antonio Guterres, a tenus les 10 septembre 2018 et 24 janvier 2019, ainsi qu’aux

    22     discours de Greta Thunberg devant l’Assemblée Nationale, en France, le 23 juillet dernier, puis devant

    23     les Nations Unies, à New York, le 23 septembre dernier.

    25     <br><br>Enfin, ils présenteront dans leurs grandes lignes des résultats du travail du collectif Internation Genève

    26     2020 qui s’est constitué à Londres le 22 septembre 2018, à l’initiative de Hans Ulrich Obrist et de

    27     Bernard Stiegler, et en vue de proposer une démarche globale afin d’affronter les défis sans précédent

    28     de la transition à opérer au cours des toutes prochaines années, tels qu’ils ont été mis en évidence par

    29     les rapports du GIEC.

    31     <br><br>Ce groupe a pris pour nom Collectif Internation Genève 2020 parce qu’il remettra ses propositions à la

    32     représentation de l’ONU, à Genève, le 10 janvier prochain, jour du centenaire de la Société des Nations.
