add delay before resizing on fullscreen, because the callback isn't called exactly at the end of the fullscreen set up

fix bugs about fullscreen and resize behavior.
When trying to go full screen here are the steps:
- turn off onresize event when going fullscreen
- call resize function after fullscreen
- turn on onresize event
