Upgrade jquery-ui in in-motion theme version from 1.8.14 to 1.8.22 to avoid 'a.curCSS is not a function' errors in console that caused problems with circles and navigation.

If you already have this theme installed and you are only making update, then DON'T
import file theme-options-2-0-10.txt, because it will delete all your data that you already
have in it.

Import just settings-2-0-10.txt
