1 Queue (promotion extention)

     2     The Queue module in its simplest form is just that: a simple queuing

     3     mechanism.  Items added to the Queue are removed via next().  The

     4     queue-promote module extends the Queue prototype with promote(item),

     5     remove(item), and indexOf(item) methods.
